Kareem Rombley is the founder and Managing partner of real estate development company Lerone Enterprises LLC. And venture capital firm Rombley Ventures LLC.

He started his entrepreneur journey as a consultant for several startup companies in various industries. Along this journey to satisfy his passion for product development, he entered the real estate development industry and have helped develop several projects across Caribbean. He then started Rombley Ventures to invest venture capital and consulting to several seed and growth stage companies. He has served as a presenter at the Airport Conference of the Americas conference ( AAAE ), Active Power Energy Efficiency summit and other regional conferences on topics like; sustainable development, energy efficiency, new technology and business development. Kareem attended Monroe College for their International Business programs and has been certified in several digital marketing and product development related certifications.
